איך למחוק את החשבון והנתונים שלכם

זה חל על כל חשבון ב-Bayito, גם אם נכנסתם עם Facebook, Google או Apple.

הדרך המהירה: מתוך האפליקציה

  1. פתחו את Bayito והתחברו.
  2. בתפריט התחתון פתחו אנשים ועזרה ובחרו חשבון ואבטחה.
  3. גללו לסוף המסך ולחצו מחיקת החשבון והנתונים שלי, ואשרו.
מה קורה: החשבון וכל מה שבו נמחקים מיד: פרטי החשבון, מה שסיפרתם על הדירה, משימות, אנשי קשר, יומן שיחות, תקציב וסל קניות, תרחישי משכנתא ואירועי שימוש (ומסמכים ששמרתם גם אצלנו, כולל הקבצים עצמם). הפעולה אינה הפיכה. מסמכים שנשמרו במכשיר שלכם אינם בשרת, ולכן נשארים בו עד שתמחקו אותם באפליקציה, תסירו את האפליקציה או תנקו את נתוני האתר בדפדפן. עותק זמני של קבצים ששלחתם לבנק נמחק גם הוא עם החשבון.

לפני המחיקה אפשר להוריד עותק של הכול: חשבון ואבטחה ← ייצוא כל הנתונים שלי.

אם אין לכם גישה לאפליקציה

שלחו מייל אל bardamri1702@gmail.com עם הכותרת "Delete my Bayito data", מהכתובת שאיתה נרשמתם (או מהכתובת שמחוברת לחשבון ה-Facebook שלכם). נמחק את החשבון ונאשר לכם, תוך 30 יום לכל היותר.

אם נרשמתם רק לעדכונים לפני ההשקה ואין לכם חשבון, אותה פנייה מסירה את האימייל מהרשימה.

גיבויים

בסיס הנתונים מגובה ברציפות (הגיבוי הזה נשמר עד יום, באחסון של Cloudflare באיחוד האירופי), ובנוסף נשמרים עד 14 גיבויים יומיים בשרת ועד 14 עותקים מוצפנים במקום נפרד. נתונים שנמחקו עשויים להישאר בגיבויים עד שהעותקים האלה מתחלפים, ואז הם נדרסים אוטומטית. בינתיים הם לא משמשים לשום דבר אחר.

אם נכנסתם עם Facebook

מחיקת החשבון אצלנו אינה מנתקת את Bayito מהחשבון שלכם בפייסבוק. כדי להסיר גם את ההרשאה: בפייסבוק היכנסו להגדרות ← אפליקציות ואתרים (Settings → Apps and Websites), בחרו Bayito והסירו אותה. גם בלי זה, אחרי המחיקה לא נשאר אצלנו מידע שלכם.

How to delete your account and data

This applies to every Bayito account, including ones created with Facebook, Google or Apple.

The quick way: inside the app

  1. Open Bayito and sign in.
  2. In the bottom bar open People & help and choose Account & security.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account and data, then confirm.
What happens: the account and everything in it is deleted immediately: account details, what you told us about your home, tasks, contacts, call log, budget and basket, mortgage scenarios and usage events (and documents you kept with us, including the files themselves). It cannot be undone. Documents kept on your device are not on the server, so they stay there until you delete them in the app, uninstall the app or clear the site data in your browser. A temporary copy of files you sent to a bank is deleted with the account too.

Before deleting you can download a copy of everything: Account & security → Export all my data.

If you cannot use the app

Email bardamri1702@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Bayito data", from the address you signed up with (or the address linked to your Facebook account). We will delete the account and confirm to you, within 30 days at the latest.

If you only signed up for updates before launch and have no account, the same request removes your email from that list.

Backups

The database is backed up continuously (that backup is kept for up to a day, in Cloudflare's storage in the European Union), and in addition up to 14 daily backups are kept on the server and up to 14 encrypted copies in a separate place. Deleted data may remain in backups until these copies are replaced, after which it is overwritten automatically. In the meantime it is not used for anything else.

If you signed in with Facebook

Deleting your account with us does not disconnect Bayito from your Facebook account. To remove the permission as well: in Facebook open Settings → Apps and Websites, select Bayito and remove it. Even without that, after deletion we hold no information about you.
